7 Healthy Smoothies You Should Try

Updated: Jan 9

Happy New Month Lavenders. Welcome to March 2021. I hope your month has been off to a great start; mine has been excellent. Thank you for your likes and comments on last week's blog post. I genuinely appreciate it. In today's post, I will be tipping you on seven healthy smoothies you should try. I hope you enjoy it.

The year is just starting, and most people are on a weight loss journey or a new lifestyle change. Whether you are or not, drinking smoothies regularly is a great habit. Below are healthy smoothies you should try:

Smoothie 1: The Honey Pear Smoothie. It consists of Pears, Frozen Bananas, Yogurt, and Coconut Milk. It is so good. You can also add honey and a few flax seeds. For pear lovers, you would enjoy it. If you do not love pear, or it might not be your favorite, I encourage you to try it out because you never know.

Smoothie 2: The Yellow Smoothie is also called the Mango Coconut Smoothie. It is a mixture of mangos, oranges, carrots, and coconut. This is one of my favorite smoothies. It is super yummy. The mango and orange blend is fabulous. I love it so much.

Smoothie 3: Pineapple and Spinach Smoothie. This one is my personal favorite. I discovered it in late November of last year. It is so delicious. I had more pineapple than spinach in it, tho.

Smoothie 4: The red smoothie. It is a good mixture of a, b, and c: Apple, Beet, Carrot, and Cucumber. You can try this at night before you go to bed.

Smoothie 5: Orange, Frozen Bananas, Greek yogurt, ginger, and honey. This smoothie can be an afternoon smoothie before or after your lunch. You can also take it after a morning or evening workout. It is very delicious.

Smoothie 6: Apple and Spinach. For some, this might taste sour, especially if the apple is a dark green. I usually use lighter apples. It is not my fave, but it is very healthy.

Smoothie 7: Banana, Milk, and Pineapple. I usually use almond milk for this smoothie; the milk you use does not matter; it just depends on your taste. You can drink this one after a workout to regain your energy.

Thank you so much for reading. I hope you enjoyed the blog post. God Bless You Greatly.

If you are reading and do not believe in God, I encourage you to have an open heart and mind and give God a chance to prove himself. Please say this prayer: "Heavenly Father, I am a sinner and come to you to ask you to forgive me of my terrible sins. Thank you for dying for my sins and bearing the shame on that Cross so I may have eternal life. Today, I confess with my mouth that I have sinned against you, and believe with my whole heart that Jesus is Lord, and God raised Him from the dead on the third day. He is seated on the Heavenly throne and intercedes on my behalf. I give you my heart, soul, and life and pray that I will obey thy Word. In the precious name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen." If you just said that prayer, welcome to the family of believers. Congratulations!! Heaven rejoiced; God is so glad and happy to have you in his family. I will be praying for you and your walk with God. Feel free to contact me on the next steps in this new chapter in your life.
