7 THINGS I'M GRATEFUL FOR

Updated: Jan 9

Lavenders, Happy Thanksgiving. I am glad and honored to be wishing you a happy Thanksgiving. To all my U.S. readers, I hope your Thanksgiving is great. Today's blog is an appreciation to God and you. I hope you enjoy it.

This year has indeed been a unique year for all. This year impacted the lives of many, but despite all that has happened, I am grateful to God. These are the seven things I am thankful for.

My Relationship With God: I am not perfect. I am flawed. I make mistakes, but God's love and faithfulness are constant. God is excellent and plentiful, and He is God. Life is a journey full of highs and lows, and I am thankful for the highs and the lows. I had my fair share of highs and lows this year.

My Family: I love my family members, both nuclear and extended. My family members give me joy. They fill my heart with joy. I am thankful for them. I am grateful they love me, care for me, and are all there for me. I am grateful to have them and know they can say the same of me.

My Health: Divine Health comes from God and God only. Many lives were lost this year as a result of COVID-19, but I am still standing and alive.

Internal Peace: I had different experiences this year that took my internal Peace away, but at this point in the year, my Peace is back. I am happy, fulfilled, thankful, and grateful. Life goes on.

My Academics: My Academics have been nothing short of wonderful this year. Divine doors have opened. Great doors are opening. Great opportunities came my way throughout this year. For every one of them, I say thank you to God.

My Blog and Podcast: I have many talents and gifts I have yet to discover. I am on a journey of discovery. I began my podcast in June 2020 and Blog in August 2020. These two opportunities have been a blessing and a privilege.

You: Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for allowing me to fulfill my dreams. Ever since childhood, I have wanted to be a writer. I always thought I would get signed to a writing company, but it did not happen. Starting my blog and having my platform has been excellent. Thank you for reading my weekly blogs.

1 Thessolains 5:18 says, " In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." Based on this verse, I thank God for the year 2020. 2020 taught me a lot, and I hope you can say the same. Thank you for your love, support, and prayers. God Bless You and Keep You. I appreciate you so much. I hope you have a great rest of your day and week. 🥰
