Happy New Month and a Happy Valentine's Day Everyone.
GOD is so Faithful and Great in Keeping Us To This Day.
Life is truly a great gift, and this Valentine's Day, a new thing is springing forth.
Today, we are discussing a new love you deserve and are worth waiting for.
If you are female in your 20s or 30s, single, and yet to be married, it is a familiar feeling to want to be loved and desired.
My desire today is to inspire you to continue seeking the correct type of love - Christ-like love- in a society that promotes different theories and opinions on the definition of love. It is crucial and essential to seek God's definition of love.
First Corinthians 13:4-8 says, "4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, is not self-seeking, is not easily angered, and keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away".
No matter what you have been through or are going through, God's plan for your marital destiny-your journey to finding a life partner is worth waiting for and praying for. It is easier said than done. Heartbreak and Heartache are hard. Some specific events and circumstances leave an individual scarred, sometimes needing therapy. But the one who truly heals is GOD.
Healing is not a one-day thing; it takes time. It can take six months to return to feeling your best self. It can take one year, and you may be back to questioning whether real love exists. Six people who were uninterested in you might have rejected you and did not find you worth pursuing. But remember, each rejection is a step closer to finding the right person. Your journey is unique, and it's okay to take your time.
Here are five steps to take in securing your martial destiny:
A. Seek GOD First: You have heard this before, but it is true. You see, life is beyond love. The reason for our existence is not just to be in love or fall in love. We are called to fulfill our purpose first. In seeking GOD, you find purpose; once you know your purpose, you can marry a man who aligns with it. Both parties align and fulfill their assignment on earth.
B. Read More Books On Marriage: Marriage is a lifetime commitment beyond the attractive part. You are entering a forever journey with one person. You are sure of your decision. You have to be confident in your decision.
C. Build Your Relationship with Family and Friends—Enjoy your precious time with your immediate family. Once you marry, you might not see them as much as you want, so treasure your time with your family.
D. Prioritize the things that matter most to you—cooking, exercising, painting, drawing, reading novels, etc. Do what your heart desires and loves. This is not only suitable for your soul but also empowers you. Be content with the things that matter most to you. Find joy in discovering yourself beyond just your desire to be a MRS. Who is Miss.... before Mrs ......?
E. Be Happy in This Season—Joy; pure joy stems from Christ. To be the best version of yourself before, during, and after marriage, you must learn to love yourself and be happy in yourself. True Joy comes from spending time with God. True joy comes from basking in the Presence of Yahweh. True happiness comes from loving Christ wholeheartedly. True Joy comes from Christ if you let Him in. I challenge you to examine where your joy stems from because lasting joy is in Christ.
Please continue to seek GOD, and remember, He Will Never Let You Down. His faithfulness is a constant source of hope and security. Happy Love Day Once Again.
