I hope you are having a blessed day and a fantastic month. Today's post is a continued version of the first part of the "Components and Habits of a Successful Life" post.

I hope you enjoyed the first part. Today's post is more tips and habits on how to live a successful life. Here are more tips and habits you can follow:



The first tip for today is to stay hydrated. The power of water is often underestimated. I have often heard that water makes up more than 70% of our bodies, and it occupies many parts and components of our bodies. It has more than enough benefits, and we must stay hydrated to be our best version.



The second tip is Exercise: Working out is crucial and essential for a healthy life, mind and soul. To keep your body and mind sharp, you need to sharpen them. Working out is one of the best ways to sharpen our minds and body. I stay fit by working out often or anytime I get a chance in my schedule. There is a saying that says, "Health is Wealth," and we must take care of our health.



The third tip is to Keep your mental health fit: One of the best ways to keep our mental health fit is by surrounding ourselves with the right people and information. Mental health is critical. Internal peace is often underestimated; peace within a man is essential for his outward peace. Read books, listen to the right music, and surround yourself with the right people.



The fourth tip is to Limit your time on technology and have time to relax and reflect. I learned this from one of the food bloggers I follow. She said she only spends 45 minutes on all social media platforms every day and takes one day every week to stay off social media altogether. She has been intentionally staying away from her phone for 2 hours every day. While away from her phone, she does self-development-related things, such as reading a book and learning something new.



The fifth is to Be a visionary: Have and set daily and monthly goals for yourself. I follow a particular food blogger on Instagram, which is critical in setting daily and monthly goals. To make the most of our days and Life on the earth. We have to set goals: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals. GOD gives Life a beautiful gift, and we have to make the most of it.
