I just came with a quick note of encouragement on this special day. It is a special note to you.
Dear (Your Name),
More excellent years are ahead of you. I know life is full of highs and lows, but more excellent years are ahead as we continue this glorious and wonderful year. Here are six tips to keep you going.
A. Keep Working Hard: When hard work does not match results, it is straightforward to get discouraged. When the people who expect so much from you cannot see the labor of your hard work, it isn't very encouraging. When people mock you for the lack of results, it is very discouraging, BUT KEEP WORKING HARD.
B. Keep Showing Up: Showing up is hard when things are complex, but the challenge is to show up anyway. Showing up does not have to be recognized by others. Show up for yourself. Show up to make your future self proud. Show up because it is the right thing to do. Show up to showcase your character traits. Show up to give your Heavenly Father glory. Matthew 5:16 says, "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
C. Keep Speaking Life: Things are often not improving or progressing, but keep speaking life. One major factor that has changed my life forever is to keep speaking life. I speak life when things are not looking good. I talk about life when things are looking good. Speaking life saved my teenage years. Speaking life brought so many blessings to my college career. Speaking life took my dreams and made them my reality. Proverbs 18:21 says, "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Keep speaking forth your dreams; I promise they will soon become your reality. One of my dreams took 7 to 10 years to come to pass, but I kept speaking life, and today, my life is a different story.
D. Keep Planning for the Future: Write your goals and dreams down. You would be amazed at how your writing manifests into your reality. Habakkuk 2:2-3 says
2: And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
3: For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
E. Hold On To Your Joy: Joy is a fetcher. Never lose your joy; Joy is a fetcher. These are lyrics from the song, With Joy by Dunsin Oyekan. Dunsin Oyekan is one of the gospel artists in Nigeria. Looking at each day, week, and month as a blessing is one of the best ways to embrace life. Each day is a blessing, Each week is a blessing, and Each month is a blessing. Embrace every aspect of life and rejoice because life is a BLESSING.
F. Keep Praying About Your Today and Tomorrow: Prayer is another major factor that has saved my life. I pray about everything. Prayer is my method to GOD. Prayer is how GOD and I connect. Suppose you do not believe in the power of prayer. Prayer is so crucial to survive the world. Even though our tomorrow is more significant than ours today, it does not come without challenges. Pray before the obstacles and pray through them when they come. Your victory is assured.
Finally, You are Alive: The Bible says there is hope as long as you are alive. You are still here today, so things can only get better. I do not care how long things have not been great; you are still. Follow these tips and see where your life will be a year from now.
