Purpose Before Marriage

Dear Young and Single Female,

As a young woman in my 20s, who will be 23 this year, getting married is a heavy topic often discussed.

Whether among family or church members, it is a topic.

As I matured, I came to understand that discovering and fulfilling our purpose should be our primary focus. Each of us has a unique mission on this earth, and it's crucial to uncover it before considering marriage.

I always found the concept that there is no marriage in Heaven heavy evidence that Purpose should always come before marriage. Matthew 22: 27-30 says,

27 Finally, the woman died. 28 Now, at the resurrection, whose wife will she be of the seven, since all of them were married to her?"

29 Jesus replied, "You are in error because you do not know the Scriptures or the power of God.

30 At the resurrection, people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in Heaven.

Marriage is a gift from GOD to Men, but we were also created for an assignment on this earth. Stay aware of the idea of getting married so that you remember why you were created. While you wait to be found, focus on the CREATOR.

The Creator had a purpose for creating you the day you were born. GOD has a purpose from the day you are born until you leave this earth.

Marriage is Beautiful, but Purpose is Fulfilled, and A Life Partner Who Supports Your Purpose is the most important.

So Here Are Five Ways To Discover Your Purpose :

A. Prayer - Invest in Prayer

B. The WORD of GOD - Invest in Daily Word Time

C. Read books on discovering Purpose, such as In Pursuit of Purpose by Myles Munroe

D. Spend Time in Worship

E. Be Patient. God speaks to Each of us in diverse ways. Be Attentive and Wait for His Voice to Guide you.

This is not a dismissal to desiring marriage, but your Purpose is more important than focusing all your time and energy on marriage when it can be discovered before marriage.

Thank you so much for reading; God Bless You Greatly. Remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe. If you are reading and do not believe in God, I encourage you to have an open heart and mind and give God a chance to prove himself. Please say this prayer: "Heavenly Father, I am a sinner, and I come to you to ask you to forgive me for my terrible sins. Thank you for dying for my sins and bearing the shame on that Cross so I may have eternal life. Today, I confess with my mouth that I have sinned against you, and believe with my whole heart that Jesus is Lord, and God raised Him from the dead on the third day. He is seated on the Heavenly throne and intercedes on my behalf. I give you my heart, soul, and life and pray that I will obey thy Word. In the precious name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen."

If you've just said that prayer, welcome to the family of believers. Congratulations!! Heaven rejoiced; God is so glad and happy to have you in his family. As you embark on this new chapter in your life, remember that you're not alone. I will be here, praying for you and supporting you in your walk with God.
