December is always a month to remember, not just because it is the last month of the year but because it is the most beautiful time. The Holidays and Christmas Season are fantastic. I love Christmas, and I hope you do, too. But with the joy, laughter, food, music, love, relationships, and friendships also comes the pressure to end the year well and strong. Pressure in career, the pressure to complete our goals and dreams for the year, the pressure to get fit for the new year, etc. The pressure to keep fit and be skinny or slim in our society today is real. There are rules and standards for every person, race, and gender to fit into a specific category to please society. The hilarious yet exciting thing is we are judging each other while putting pressure on each other. We are all feeling the pressure, but we are all putting pressure on each other. For many teens, the awareness of being healthy is just basic everyday knowledge, but there is so much more to health than knowing you have to be healthy.

Healthy Living is making a cautious effort to live right in every area of life, in our relationships, physical health, self-care, social presence, eating and drinking habits. One of the best ways to maintain healthy Living is through our relationships. The relationships we keep in our lives, the relationships we have around us. Have you ever heard the phrase "Positive Vibes"? If you have, you know it is related to the circle you keep around you. The relationships you stay in and around your life reflect who you are. Keeping meaningful and sincere relationships is vital to healthy Living. Stress comes in different forms and angles, and relationships are one of the significant sources. Exercise relates to healthy Living to maintain the state and health of our bodies. One of my favorite exercises is walking. Walking is one of the easiest and simplest exercises to embark on. You can walk anytime, anywhere. During my first semester of college, I lost more than 15 pounds due to walking everywhere while I was at school. You do not need high-gear equipment to form an exercise routine; you can effortlessly search on Google for simple home exercises. For example, you can search lean legs workout and find thousands of workout routines on Google images. Many young teens do not think about their health. Some teens are athletic; some naturally have a high metabolism, while the rest might be in between.

Having Spa Days is one of the best ways to treat yourself any day of the week. I rarely go to the spa, which also applies to me. Many of us are fond of being workaholics, and our bones and back need to be massaged occasionally or every other week. Every other week might be too much for some people, but the most important thing is that you have spa days. Another way to improve healthy Living in your life is by taking breaks from social media. Social Media is a unique but toxic platform. It has its pros and cons but primarily cons than pros. Teenagers today live on social media. Social media plays and is a significant part of their lives. Social media and technology have reduced communication skills in our society. Taking a break from social media once a week or once a month helps with our mental health. The importance of our mental health has just begun to be talked about more in recent years. Mental health is critical.

Please try your best to avoid social media as often as possible. Social media is a great place to be, but when it becomes a "god" in your life, this is where the problem begins. One of my favorite snacks is KIND Bars. KIND Bars are healthy bars that come in different types and flavors; some of them include the Caramel Almond & Sea Salt, Gluten Free, Low Sugar, 1.4oz, 12 Count, and the Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew + Antioxidants, Gluten-Free, 1.4 Ounce (12 Count). Eating a KIND Bar is one of the best ways to improvise eating unhealthy snacks such as cookies, chips, and candies. They are so yummy, I promise you. I love them so much. You need to purchase one today.

Another way to live healthily is by drinking a lot of water. You have probably heard this many times. Many know this as a fact, but we do not do it. Suppose you need help with drinking enough water daily. I recommend getting a water bottle, but not just any water bottle; a great water bottle. The Hydro Cell Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Straw and Wide Mouth Lids comes in different ounces. It keeps your liquids hot or cold even after several hours of storage. Your liquid can stay cool or hot for up to 24 hours. It also comes in different colors. Having a water bottle enhances our chances of living healthy lives. Water makes up more than 60% of our bodies; we need water to maintain this. If you want to keep up with your daily water intake or get a water bottle. The Water Bottle will be worth your money. I have one myself, and it is perfect.

Finally, purchasing the things you love, such as perfumes, your favorite clothing, etc, is one way to live healthily. I love perfumes. I love to smell good and look good. I am not a big fan of makeup, but I love to dress up, wear makeup occasionally, and take photos with my sisters. One of my favorite perfumes is Versace Bright Crystal Eau de Toilette Spray for Women, 3 Fl Oz. It smells divine. If you do not own a pair, you must purchase one today, especially for my fellow females. You can upgrade your perfume collection or try it out.

As 2020 ends, I want to encourage and challenge you to live healthier. Health is wealth, so ensure you care for your health. Thank you so much for reading; God Bless You Greatly. Remember to like, comment, share, and subscribe. Watch out for the next blog next Friday. Have a blessed week.
